Sometimes healing goes beyond the table. For clients who want gentle support around stress, lifestyle patterns, nervous-system overwhelm, or habits that may be affecting their well-being, Bloom Wellness offers optional Wellness Support sessions.
These sessions are quiet, reflective, and compassion-based. We explore how your body responds to stress, rest, routine, and daily life — and we work together to create simple, realistic shifts that help you feel calmer, more grounded, and more supported.
Wellness Support is educational and lifestyle-focused — never medical, diagnostic, or prescriptive. It is designed to complement your relaxation sessions, not replace healthcare.
Acupressure & Relaxation Therapy Session
(Needle-Free Traditional Chinese Medicine–Inspired Session)
This session offers the experience of an acupuncture-style treatment — but without needles. Using gentle acupressure touch, grounding holds, and relaxation-focused point work, we support the body’s natural ability to calm, unwind, and rebalance.
Your session begins with a thoughtful, whole-person intake where we talk about your stress levels, sleep, digestion, mood, and how your body has been feeling lately. When helpful, we may also include tongue and pulse observation to better understand overall patterns in the body.
During the treatment, you’ll relax comfortably while acupressure points are activated through soothing touch, stretching, and stillness. Sessions may also include ear seeds, gentle breath support, or light bodywork techniques — always chosen with care and tailored to your comfort.
This session is ideal for clients who are curious about acupuncture-style care, want a needle-free option, or are seeking a deeper, more meditative healing experience.

This session is for clients who have already seen their doctor or other providers, but still feel lost, confused, or unsure about their next steps — especially when it comes to supplements, lifestyle changes, stress, sleep, digestion, or nervous-system overwhelm.
Together, we take time to look at the bigger picture of your health and daily life. We talk through your history, your symptoms, what you’ve already tried, and what you’re hoping to feel in your body moving forward. This is a calm, thoughtful, conversation-based session — not rushed, not clinical, and never judgmental.
After your visit, I spend additional time reflecting on your case and organizing what we discussed. You’ll receive a personalized written summary with simple, realistic suggestions and resource ideas to help you move forward with more clarity and confidence. Many clients appreciate having someone who can slow down, think things through, and put the pieces together in a supportive way.
