About Bloom Wellness

A calming space for rest, relief, and gentle healing

At Bloom Wellness, we believe healing isn’t a straight line or a one-size-fits-all process. Every person arrives with their own story, history, and nervous system — and our work together begins exactly where you are, with compassion, curiosity, and no judgment.

My approach centers on relaxation, nervous-system calming, and supportive, whole-person care. I combine my background in therapeutic bodywork, traditional holistic principles, and wellness-focused education with a deeply human, grounded way of working. Sessions are slow, thoughtful, and unhurried — giving your body the space it needs to soften, settle, and begin to restore balance from the inside out.

I believe that relaxation isn’t a luxury — it’s a vital part of healing. When the body feels safe, rested, and supported, it has a greater capacity to recover, regulate, and move toward wellness at its own pace.

You’re welcome here whether you are:

  • overwhelmed or burned out and needing deep rest

  • carrying stress or tension in your body

  • rebuilding your relationship with your health

  • or simply seeking a quiet place to exhale

This is a place to slow down, reconnect, and be cared for with respect and gentleness.

Why Bloom Wellness Exists

Bloom Wellness was created as a space where relaxation and meaningful healing can coexist — where therapeutic touch, nervous-system support, and thoughtful guidance come together in a way that feels nurturing, grounded, and real.

The name Bloom reflects the belief that growth takes time, patience, and the right environment. Just as a flower needs care and nourishment, our bodies sometimes need safety, rest, and gentle support before they can open, shift, or heal. Even in difficult seasons, renewal and resilience are always possible.

Hi, I’m Stephanie

I’m the founder and practitioner at Bloom Wellness. My work centers on relaxation, nervous-system calming, and gentle, whole-person support.

Background & Training
My work is informed by a diverse background in holistic and integrative wellness. I hold a diploma in Traditional Naturopathy and am a Board-Certified Traditional Naturopath, as well as a Licensed Massage Therapist and graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s Health Coach Training Program. My education also includes training in nutritional supplementation and functional-wellness studies through the Institute for Functional Medicine, along with doctoral-level acupuncture education. I plan to offer acupuncture services in the future once licensure is complete; at this time, all current services are relaxation-focused bodywork and wellness support.
